I made the mistake of shoveling last night, which exacerbated my back stiffness. Now it's officially thrown out, spasming whenever I bend over.

I had to trudge through the snow walking Athena this morning, because the salt on the streets hurts her right hind foot. We only went around the block because my back was not happy. I finally got her to walk in the snow on the tree lawns while I walked in the street, so her foot didn't hurt and my back didn't hurt.
